Jet Car Rental Rules & Requirements

                                  To ensure your safety and the best experience possible, all renters must follow these rules:

1. Valid ID Required
   All renters must bring a government-issued photo ID showing their date of birth (18+).
   (Photocopies or photos are accepted)

2. Credit Card Match
   A credit card matching the renter’s ID is required for every reservation.

3. Boater Safety Requirement
   If you were born in 1988 or later, you must complete a boater safety test or show a valid Florida boater safety license.

4. Minimum Age
   Renters must be at least 18 years old to participate.

5. Arrival Time
   Please arrive at the pickup location 30 minutes before your reservation.

6. Weight & Capacity Limit
   Maximum of 2 people per Jet Car. Combined weight must not exceed 400 lb / 190 kg.

7. Waiver Form
   All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver before starting the ride.

8. Health & Safety Restrictions
   Participants may not ride if pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

9. Safety Compliance
   All participants must follow oral safety instructions from our staff.

10. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
